Elias Mattu Foundation Food Bank

The Elias Mattu Foundation is committed to support the wider communities in need across City of Wolverhampton in time of crisis.

We deliver Food Parcels to families, elderly, and international students in financial hardship. Deliveries are made on Saturday’s between 12pm-6pm. We do have an emergency food parcel service in place during the week, Monday – Friday for professional to arrange to collect from us.

We provide seven days worth of food in our food parcels.

The parcels are nutritionally balanced containing, staple food, fresh fruit, and vegetables. When available we can provide baby items such as baby formula, nappies, wipes, and baby food.

We have a general limit of 4 – 6 weeks of service this is to support individuals and families while other support can be established.

We are aware of exceptional circumstances and will consider extending this limit.

  • Nappies / Other baby products

  • Red lentils (Masoor Daal)
  • Green Gram (Mung or Moong)
  • Yellow Pigeon Peas (Toor or Toovar Daal)
  • Dew Gram Beans {Matki or Moth Beans)
  • Red Kidney Beans tins (Rajma)
  • Tomato Tins
  • Rice
  • Chick Peas tins
  • 10kg Chapati Flour
  • Salt
  • Chili Powder (lal mirch)
  • Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • Garam Masala.
  • Cooking Oil
